Visit your nearest **BISP Tehsil Office** with the following documents:

  • B-Form of children (Bay-Form).
  • Electricity or Gas Bill (optional but helpful).

Ask the staff for "Dynamic Registry Update". Once updated, you will be automatically included in the Ramzan Package list.
